oh man, oh man, oh man, what an excitement. Me, Yaron and Alex (2 israelis I met) went today to do the Rafting (Class IV), on the best river in Costa Rica. The floating in this river, Toro is so fast like you can not imagine (not the bullshit stuff for family trip in Kfar Blum on Ramat Hagolan).
Me, Alex, YaronThe raft is for 6 people + a guide, that suppose to give instructions on how to paddle. We had a young instructor that had several mistakes and made us fall over to the rough water twice, plus we lost some team members all the time since they fell off, after every bump into a big rock. It was a very cool, danger river and a very extreme experience.

We were the only team that where upside down twice, while all the other teams were rafting regularly.
Me after the first falling while one the guides yelled at me: ¨Swim mother fucker swim¨Me, Yaron and Alex (israeli that lives in New York) got ourselves few bruises while getting hit by the big rocks, but I guess we will live.
I have lots of pics during the rafting that one of the crew members took all the time and I gonna share it as soon as he will send it to me.
BTW: The day before yesterday we went to see the lava of the Arenal Volcano during activity, and it was nice to see kind of fireworks from the mountain.

At last it was worth reading your Blog. Did we really have to wait that long? Unbelievable that you preferred traveling like two 70 year olds (You and David) in your family car. Finally you see what real rafting is. Totally different than the Kfar Blum rafting. Rafting rank 5 is really cool. Reminds me of the rafting in New Zealand with freezing water.
